Not only voted best in central MN but the only gym that has it ALL! Biggest cardio Free weights Life fitness Bogafit water yoga Pool Hot tub Sauna Indoor track Indoor tennis Alloy small group and team training Personal trainers and the best staff around!

Best gym in town! Clean gym and friendly staff. Very fun place to go.

The place is busy. I find myself going at off-peak hours and even then you might have to wait a long time for the one (1) dead lift station or two (2) Squat racks. The billing is sketchy and remarkably complex if you have a insurance reimbursement. If there is trouble good luck getting an answer. I have not received a reimbursement this calendar year. The Personal Trainers are good but the rates are very high on top of your monthly dues. If you just want to use machines you might consider someplace else.

This is a great gym for the price. One downside is how busy it gets during "prime time". But this is easily avoided if you have the luxury of coming at odd times of the day or late at night. They have more than enough options for weights and machines. However, they need to consider the addition of more squat racks. Some meat heads will occupy one squat rack for close to an hour and there are only three. My girlfriend goes to the classes at both locations (Sartell and St. Cloud) but prefers St. Cloud simply because Sartell is busier. She has mostly great things to say about the classes. The best part is they are included in the cost of the membership. She also has quite a few positive things to say about the instructors in terms of motivating and inviting. For the most part it is clean, but the locker rooms are occasionally a little dirty. Also, one water fountain in the ENTIRE gym. At least one more would be appropriate considering how large and busy it gets. Overall, you will be happy for what you get in the cost of the membership--pool, hot tub, sauna, weights, classes, tanning (the tennis courts are NOT included with the membership). Just make sure to bring your patience with you if you come during the busiest hours in the afternoon to late evening.
