St. Clare School

Had to drop off my 8yr old brother late because of an appointment. The door was locked at the front, maybe for safety reasons. But the fact one of the front desk lady saw us trying to come in and just ignored us and proceed to go elsewhere is appalling. The staff in the office are very neglectful and rude. We stood outside knocking for 7 mins and finally got a teacher walking by to open the door, then my brother went inside and had to wait for awhile just for one of them to notice him STANDING IN FRONT OF THE DESK. The front desk sets a whole precedent on how the school environment should be, to be welcoming. Everyone seemed like they hated their job and did not want to do it as well. Not the first time this has happened. One memorable time that the front desk neglected to do their job was when my mom dropped lunch for my brother yet, the front desk staff forgot to give it to him during lunch and gave it after lunch during classes. My brother ended up crying because he missed out on lunch. He just ended up saving the food for home instead out of embaressment that he had to sit outside class by himself just to eat. So he sat outside class but didnt touch his food, he didn't eat the whole day because they gave it to him near the end of the day. Do better because you guys are grown, act like it or find a different job that doesnt require hospitality and being around kids!!

Both my kids have gone here and overall the teachers and curriculum is great but the vp and the front end staff are always terrible. They yell and treat kids horribly. Take it easy, lol you’re not even teaching the students so maybe lighten up and have a better attitude.
