I only had decent service when I walked in. If I phoned, even when time critical, I never had a reply. I let that go one time only. 

I gave them every chance. I called back more than once and had to give them all the details a second time. I got more promises of 'we'll get back to you'.

The longer it takes to finalize a flight the more you'll pay as it's sooner the better.

I don't recommend this establishment.

Not at all recommended, No customer services and value of time. they promise to call back but never get back to you. worst service ever....
