Refusing to help my 85 year old mom with her Klm voucher. Told her it expired April 2022. Then told her Dec 2023. Now telling her they can only transfer to people paying cash for airfare. Ponzi scheme ? Refusing to help mom in anyway. Maritime knows this is causing great deal of stress for mom.  Maritime also charged $50 to moms credit card without permission . This is Elder Abuse.
