Les Schwab Tire Center

These were pretty great people to work with. I went in to get an oil change, and they were able to take care of it and my vehicle. My only gripe with them is that they were slow. They had a lot of other cars, granted, but it took them a while to get to me in line (even though I was the only one standing there) and the change itself took about 1.5 hours. After talking with some other friends and coworkers, apparently this isn't unexpected at this Les Schwab. Regardless, I felt they were professional and still did a good job. I would go back. I trusted them and I trust their brand.

I am stuck here in the Les Schwab parking lot because the employees have killed my car. I came for an oil change and after an hour of waiting they called saying they never did any work on my car because they couldn't get the car started. Every now and then I have issues with starting the car and have wanted them to fix it in the past but they said nothing was looking wrong with anything. So I just figured out a way to start it by pushing the gas while turning the key, in the rare times it has trouble starting. I was going to go out of town today to find someone that would know how to fix it. I'm guessing the employees at Les Schwab tried starting it so often that it couldn't start anymore. I don't know what the heck they did to it, I've always been able to start my car. Now I'm without a car for the weekend. Thanks. Now I'll have to pay for a tow truck to take my car to a place that knows what they're doing and I'm sure that's not going to be cheap. If they had just called me to ask me, "how do you start your car?" This ALL could have been avoided and I wouldn't be stuck with my toddler in a hot car waiting for a ride. This is not what I planned on doing today. I will never return again. That'll be better anyway. It takes over an hour to get a simple oil change every time I come.

Don't normally give bad reviews. Came into there shop yesterday after getting the low tire pressure light on my car. After waiting about 45 minutes they said my tires were fine and filled the air in them. Got back on the highway and the tire light came on again. I called the shop to let them know and they said if they checked them they are fine and it's probably just a sensor. A few minutes later I have a flat tire on the freeway and a different les Schwab had to come help me after hours and I had to get a new tire. Don't know why I stopped in Buurley if I couldn't get the help I needed.

Randy has been awesome to work with for years. He treats me and my family right and is a great guy. I keep going back because of him.

Their employees are so nice and willing to help. They take pride in their work and get the job done right. Thank you so much for the great service we receive everytime we stop in!
