My experience getting a new phone was very easy and fast! The employees are very good at helping find the right phone! The environment is very welcoming!!

Awesome customer service. Michael Conor was exceptional to work with. I just got a new IPhone and he was very knowledgeable and patient setting up everything I needed. He answered all of my questions and took the time to show me all the new tools with the phone. He even went over my plan and got me a cheaper plan that works just as good for me. If that wasn't enough, he sold me on a new Bluetooth speaker which sounds great, and got me an absolutely great deal. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and the customer service I received. I am glad I'm with Sprint. Thank you.

Was very helpful.  Was quick and easy.  Very kind and great at explaining the process.  Would definitely give him a promotion!

I came in to Sprint today to have my charging port replaced. They were very helpful and had friendly service. Lots of great staff. My phone charges no problem.  Thanks!!!
