Charles helped my daughter pick out a new goalie stick that she’s super excited to try on the ice and was just so pleasant and knowledgeable. It was our first time visiting this store and the next time we’re in Montreal needing hockey equipment this will be always be our store! Thank you Charles!!
People stop buying from here, go to other spots such as Hockey Monkey or other spots. We got a goalie stick from there and not a cheap one $400 +tax= $460, it went on sale a couple of days later they didn't want to honor the discount. I find that super cheap considering the amount of money that we spend on goalie equipment with a still growing boy! We spend at least 2 to 3k a year in equipment and for a couple of days they did not want to honor the sale, cheapest store ever and the salesman and the manager can only give an answer in saying: well it is your choice if you don't want to shop here anymore! What pitiful customer service this is, money is the only thing that counts, the customer who cares about them! So rest assured that i will never set foot there again and they lost me as a customer! What a shame! At least at hockey monkey they treat you with dignity and I bought the rest of my son's equipment from there spend over $2000. Be aware of your value as a customer, we aren't just $ signs!
Fantastic experience at Rousseau Sports in Laval. Many thanks to Jo, for his exceptional service, and for ensuring that the skates we bought were customized & perfect. Friendly staff, great prices, and amazing customer service.
Nice big store, many many items fully stocked. Even a small rink to try your stick before buying, that was our highlight. Unfortunately there wasn’t any floor staff, only ones were at the registers waiting for customers. We could have used someone’s help with choosing the right stick, and answering a few questions. We still purchased what we went for. Cashier didn’t speak a word to us during the checkout process, barely pointed at the machine to tap our card. For the amount of money customers spend here, the experience is not worth going back.
What an absolutely terrible experience I had at this store. I left a jersey to have a nameplate added to it. When I went back to pick up the jersey, I noticed they had given me someone else’s prized autographed jersey instead. I advised them of the error, and then wasted 2 hours of my day as they tried to track down the jersey I gave them. They only found it 8 hours later. When I returned to pick up my jersey, they said they couldn’t reimburse me a portion of what I paid or give me a store credit as it’s not their store policy. So instead of offering me any compensation for my loss of time, or a thank you for returning someone’s autographed jersey, they offered me a roll of hockey tape and a CCM sippy cup. How insulting!!!! I have spent thousands of dollars in equipment there over the years, but they will not be getting one single penny from me again.
