Fantastic experience at Rousseau Sports in Laval. Many thanks to Jo, for his exceptional service, and for ensuring that the skates we bought were customized & perfect. Friendly staff, great prices, and amazing customer service.
What an absolutely terrible experience I had at this store. I left a jersey to have a nameplate added to it. When I went back to pick up the jersey, I noticed they had given me someone else’s prized autographed jersey instead. I advised them of the error, and then wasted 2 hours of my day as they tried to track down the jersey I gave them. They only found it 8 hours later. When I returned to pick up my jersey, they said they couldn’t reimburse me a portion of what I paid or give me a store credit as it’s not their store policy. So instead of offering me any compensation for my loss of time, or a thank you for returning someone’s autographed jersey, they offered me a roll of hockey tape and a CCM sippy cup. How insulting!!!! I have spent thousands of dollars in equipment there over the years, but they will not be getting one single penny from me again.
They never answer their phone. Would love to know if a specific goalie helmet is in stock before making the trek to Laval.
I was amazed at how big the store is. I had great service and excellent advice.
This store has been going downhill for a few years now. Poor customer service, poor inventory, badly laid-out pro-shop that gets overcrowded for skate sharpening. We went twice try purchase high end skates but it looked like we were just annoying to the staff who avoided eye contact. We went to Hockey Monkey for a better customer experience.
