Anything you could possibly want relating to sports and the great outdoors can be found here. At 2 floors, this store is massive and chances are, you won't leave empty handed...
The store itself is beautiful and has everything you will need. It is kept clean. The only problem with this store is the employees. I am not sure if it is because Decathlon could not find qualified employees but the ones working are super non efficient. They put no effort in their work. They have no knowledge of sports and accessories. They walk and talk very slow. No energy no passion. You feel like you are dealing with robots. I only shop online moving forward so I do not have to deal with this mess ever again.
It was my first time visiting this place. The staff made me wait for 30 min just to have some assistance on finding my new bike. I just decided to leave since no one is interested in assisting me! No one is smiling and they really don’t care whether I buy or not! You probably need to think about the bad people you are hiring. Is it possible to wait 30 min just to find someone and ask a question? Weird right?
Very inefficient and long wait for a simple online order pick-up of bicycle.nnKeep in mind there were only 3 customers in the whole store when I went and tons of employees walking around. I asked some of them for my order and they just shrugged and referred me to an employee who was helping another customer asking for advice, etc...we all know how long those conversations can go.nnThanks to that ONE employee who was nice enough to help so I didn't have to wait an hour. Still, the training in that store is questionnable.
I went to buy a winter jacket that costs 110 dollars. The next day, 20 cm was desired...I went to change it but I bumped into a primitive employee. Avoid this hole. I gave it one star even though it deserves -10
