Closing early with excuses is costing your own store money.nFeb 21They shut the doors at 4:45 PM and refused to let customers in, hiding behind the excuse that the cash registers were “not working” — while several customersnwere still inside paying with no issue.nI simply asked to step in for one minute to take a quick look and said I would return tomorrow to purchase, but I was flatly refused.nThe young male employee at the door was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero courtesy, zero customer service. The attitude alone was enough to guarantee I won’t be returning. Congratulations on having such outstanding staff representing your store.nnI was planning to buy an Arc’teryx jacket as a birthday gift. Now I will be going to the Arc’teryx store at DIX30 tomorrow instead of your store.
We visited the Sports Experts / Atmosphère 10/30 store today. Wow!! What a great shopping experience!! The store itself is extremely impressive, it’s huge, and fully stocked!! Great choice of products!! What was the most impressive, was the service. Lionel, who was such a gentleman, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful!! He helped me with my purchase and checkout without a problem. Once at the cash, I was served by Michelle. She was cordial friendly and had a great attitude!! Merci!!
They raised the price on Black Friday to make the deals seem better.The original price is 399, they raise it to 429.99. The discount says to be 40%, but it’s actually 35%. It’s not much different, but it just doesn’t feel right. I don’t think I will come back shopping in the store anymore.
Large two storey building that has everything related to sporting goods.nnVery clean, spacious and bright.nnI bought a bike here and they tune the bike up and adjust everything on it before you leave the store. I rally appreciated this as I was under the impression that I would have to put the bike together myself.nnThis is what you call fantastic service!
