Self checkout was a breeze, especially with the RFID technology at the checkout —- put all the stuff in a bin and it automatically scans everything inside.
The price/quality ratio is just right. There's always enough staff to answer questions. I also cannot overstate how wonderful it is to have only a few options per product type, making shopping so much faster and stress-free. I wish every other store understood this.
Just disappointed from the service we had last week. After buying almost 2200 dollars of goods, they did not accept to return an item because the manager is not available. They were rude, and I will never come back to this store or brand anymore: Décathlon Brossard. Costco is much better
After spending nearly $2,100 at Decathlon Brossard, including an inflatable mattress that was uncomfortable after just two days of use, I’m extremely disappointed. The staff refused to accept the return, despite the short trial period. For such a significant purchase, I expected better customer service and flexibility. I deeply regret shopping here and will take my business to stores like Costco in the future, where returns and customer satisfaction are prioritized.
Their prices are much better than many sports / camping gear stores. I especially love their large microfiber towels which are a fraction of the cost of other sports stores and perform just as well.
