Let me start by saying this : if your not a white person , don’t even dare to go to this store. This kind of treatment is not just bad customer service—it’s racism, plain and simple. No one should feel unwelcome or judged based on their race when they enter a store. Businesses like Sail need to do better by training their staff to treat all customers with the same respect and courtesy. Until then, I will not be returning, and I encourage others to take their business elsewhere.I went to try snow pants and the ladies were looking at me like trash, no care at all.If management truly cares about diversity and inclusion, I hope they take this feedback seriously and make changes to ensure that no one else has to experience this type of discrimination especially in 2025.
Bought socks. Darn Tough brand guaranteed for life. They require replacement as they are torn. The company says ship them back or bring them back to any retailer which Sail is. No invoice required. Was denied warranty claiming they need invoice which is contrary to vendor policy. Everywhere else I went like MEC exchanges them. I WAS a good Sail customer. Will shop elsewhere
Just went shopping today for a new winter coat for my daughter. & had the best customer service by Sabrine that I had to tell the manager because so many times, especially in the Customer Service Industry customers, sometimes don't have the best attitude & wanted to make sure she gets recognized for the great job she did.
I get a bad news when returning my unused purchace in brand new condition. There return window is 30 days it was for a trip of 30days, but found something else before leaving, not 50 they are very strick on the 30 days. They say the politic is printed on the back of the receip you have after the transaction. How to know if they send you the receipe by email and for a reason I never got it from they new systeme. To me you should know that before closing the sale. I other store it clear they avertisse it on big panel.nKeep shopping there if you agrea to thoses thermes I found another place that is more forgiving. But now I have a 566$ credit with a 1 year expiration date in a place that I do not want to get back! Compare to other place that give 90 days and up to 1 year... Disapointed you said, no frustrated for a no problem return, that I was thinking.nPre-sale service is good, after sale is you to see. I can't just imagine if you have a reel issue how you can work something out!
Very helpful good sales did not have stock so they found some in other store so they ordered it and mailed it to my home
