Sport Clips Oxford Crossing

The worst experience ever. I went for a haircut, they told me it will be 33$.i was like okay Then the another lady came she told me that it will be $33. I again told her it's okay. Moreover , the third lady came and told me the same thing, I replied "yes mam I know that " when I went inside for a hair cut, the another lady (assistant manager) who was busy in cutting some ones hair told to my hairstylist that she is not here before so she shouldn't be get charged! Further, my stylist told that, no all the pos is connected now so it doesn't matter. I was like okay.... Then seeing my hair she told me that your hair is so curly so it will be not a desired cut!!! I was like so what you want me to do? She told me you will be charged 5$ more for the washing! I am wondering here the stylist in sports clips are not able to cut the hair when someone's hair is curly???!!! So strange!!! Moreover, all the stylist told me that you will be charged 33$ repeatedly, what they think that I cannot afford 33 bucks for a hair cut. It was the last time I went there !! Not impressed!

I took my son for a haircut and it was ok.. nothing fancy. Very basic cuts but the ladies are nice and polite.

What can I say...waited an hour for 3 people ahead of me and 2 ladies cutting hair...only if you have a lot of time to kill.

Good quality cut and good service. The MVP is nice but I wouldn't recommend double or triple as it's not that much more for what you pay for.

The last time I went there, my 7 year old was told to keep still no less than 50 times. He wasn't moving his head around, just the natural tilt that you start to get when your head is pulled to one side. I went again today with my 2 year old, hoping it was just the hairdresser. I had youtube going on my phone and a lollipop in his hand. She started spraying his hair, which freaked him out, but that apparently didnt matter, she kept going. Halfway through my son started freaking out. The hairdresser backed away, waiting for him to settle down. At this point he was really loud and screaming and I realized that she wasn't going to come back until he was sitting still and silent; which was not going to happen at that point. I gave up and offered to pay; which they at least objected to. Needless to say, I will not be back again.
