I don’t understand how this place stays in business with so many other options. Terrible service and terrible work.

I have tried several times to have my hair cut and buy a product from this salon without any success. They're always either closed early or the stylist is on her cell phone and leaves me standing at the front counter until I give up and walk out.
The last time I went in she actually stopped talking on her cell phone only to tell me she was on a long distance call. I started to leave and she then said "What do you want" to me. This is no way to run a business and I've found another salon that is actually interested in serving their customers.
