Great Clips

I have gone there over 10 times already, and staff are extremely friendly and professional. And what I love, personally, I find that sometimes conversation feels very forced and awkward since a lot of service workers feel the need to constantly engage with the customer, which can actually be somewhat annoying at times. However here, they don't talk so much that it is annoying or awkward, although if you do engage with them they can be very talkative. So the best of both sides! I haven't had any issues with haircuts here so far.

I’ve been going to various Great Clips locations throughout the Tri-Cities and Maple Ridge for many years and have always been happy with my cut and the price. I have very long, straight, thin hair. Whenever I go in for a haircut, I always ask for a trim and layers to be added – simple enough, right? Apparently not. After my last haircut at this location, I was left with hair that was VERY noticeably uneven with a single blunt layer. I was horrified. My experience in the salon was enjoyable, I just believe this particular hairdresser was not properly trained and should not be cutting anyone’s hair. After this experience, I will not be returning to any Great Clips' locations.

Terrible and unfriendly. Just like the hair stylist wanted to get rid of me and charge me as fast as she could. Didn't cut my hair evenly and she was not accepting that it is uneven, so I had to grab my hair and show her that it is big time uneven. Didn't even cleaned my face before she asked me to leave, I had to ask for a tissue to clean my own face and head. Absolutely unfriendly. I had been to their branch at North Vancouver and they were very good but this place was awful, I will never return.
