Very grateful for the help on Boxing Day from the assistant manager. She helped me to get my fit bit working. I really appreciated her patience. She took the time to explain features to me. Very friendly yet professional. Customer service like this is just not heard of that often these days.

When items are on sale it is worth stopping in, but be prepared to not get any shoes in your size, because their stock is very low.
No walking ramp to properly try out shoes. Good clothing friendly staff although few of them. Great selection for different sports.

In the old Wetaskiwin Mall lies Sport Chek. All things considered, it's a good store for the town in 2017, though the older sports stores that closed ages ago were more interesting and offered more varied product. Oh, well. Progress. The mall itself has seen a slight resurgence in the past 5 years, probably spurred on by this so that's cool.
