Sears Wetaskiwin

I was hung up on by the manager of the store when I, the customer who purchased a dishwasher and a washer and dryer at this location, asked why they would not provide service to folks of our demographic who need repairs. The manager was rude, and would not take our suggestion to fix the problem for future clients. I am making it my priority to ensure people don't get burned by Sears Wetaskiwin.

This is not criticism to Wetaskiwin`s Seasr outlet. But I`d like to goo n the record and say if you want to be disrespected, if you want to be put down and made like a fool, if you want a company that does not care about anything you buy from them, then all you need to do is go to Sears. I guarantee you, you will get the most disrespect that you can ever imagine. Sears Canada used to be an incredible store to deal with. Now I will never, and I mean this, walk into a Sears store, even if they were giving the merchandise away. For they would do everything in their power to make you feel like a lesser person than what you are. Thank you so much Sears for lack of respect and lack of policy.
