I had the pleasure of receiving outstanding customer service from Justin at SportsChek. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shoes for my needs. His attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. It's clear that Justin truly cares about his customers, and I will definitely be returning thanks to his excellent service!

I really enjoy shopping at Sport Chek in Southpointe Common! It's a very organized and clean store. There are always staff members available to answer my questions or help me find products. They have a great selection of merchandise! Today I bought two pairs of Under Armour sandals. Also, I filled out the online survey at the bottom of the receipt and they sent me a $10 voucher for my next purchase! Thanks to the staff at Sport Chek Red Deer for a great shopping experience!

Has to be one of the best stores I’ve ever been in. The staff at cash was amazing and the management was so helpful with my exchange. Highly recommended

me and my dad went to buy a bike, they said final checks would take like 15 minutes. the mechanic wasn't at the store yet so had to wait for him to get there. the person then said it'd be ready at 6pm today. we go to pick it up at 6, not ready yet and we're told it'd be ready TOMORROW >:. finally, my dad gets the email that it's ready at 8pm. 2 hours after they said it'd be done and exactly when they close!!!!!!! >: like seriously!!!!! just pick a time and stick with it!!!!! i kinda needed this bike TODAY

Absolutely horrible My parents and I were shopping today and as we were checking out, we were racially profiled by the staff, so we left without purchasing anything at all.nnIf you’re a POC, I would not recommend shopping here at all !
