Found a cute set of boots that were going to be the bridesmaid shoes at my wedding. After consulting with them to make sure they could get everyone the correct sizes about a month ago everything was looking good. Well I call in today to check on the order and it turns out they cannot get them in. So now some of my bridesmaids have shoes and other’s don’t. I understand that with COVID things are crazy and still not ‘business as usual’, but I REALLY wish they would have been honest and upfront that they couldn’t get us the shoes, or at the very least contact us sooner to say they couldn’t. Instead, now myself and my bridesmaids are left too close to the wedding to order in something else and have to scramble for a solution.
We had a great sales person. He was patient, engaged, and intuitive. He made sure the shoes we bought were the correct size for my son, but more importantly, he made my son's choice of sparkle Sketches seem like the best choice ever. Thanks for having such a compassionate team!
