Booked an appointment online for snowboard servicing only to be told upon arrival that they're no longer doing this. Understandable, but a complete waste of time when I booked an appointment. Do better. Don't accept appointments if you're unable to provide a service you advertise.
Nadine in the shoe department was amazing. Some of the best service I have ever received. I was looking for a boys soccer cleat and she looked up every shoe to see if they carried the size and then proceeded to go above and beyond by looking in the back to see if there were any cleats not on display that they had in a size. She brought out an additional pair. Nadine deserves a raise. She was so amazing, friendly and professional and knowledgeable. So happy with my experience here.
They wouldn't order a product that they carry into the store for me. I was told I had to order it online and have it delivered to my house. What's the point of having a retail space?
A great store with 2 levels of awesome goods. I like the selection of quality brands on the lower level. And upstairs is a righteous bunch of various footwear.
