Alright, my friend and I ended up attending to this location because the Jets Gear Store is a major disappointment in regards to customer service. It was quite busy here since It is Mother's Day and a lot of people we noticed were buying Winnipeg Jets gear for the playoffs. There must have been about 10+ people in the one section of the Jets clothing area and the staff member whom we interacted with took her time to help look for sizes in regards to our inquiries and even took the time to check their back store inventory if there were any other sizes in boxes or arriving this week. First time at this location and I would definitely come back here to shop. Happy Mothers Day to the women that were working and helping us out to make it a convenient weekend. Cheers to the men that also greeted us and closed the sales at the front check out counter.

I went here to buy cleats. Not my first adventure buying cleats here either, but for the life of me I can’t find anywhere else that sells cleats. My issue has nothing to do with their product. It’s just impossible to find anyone to actually help you. And after waiting 10 minutes for help, the sales people have no idea what they are talking about. It’s as if they have had zero training which actually wouldn’t surprise me all that much. The staff are friendly, but I’m not looking for a friend. This is why people will shop online. Because why would you wait 10 minutes to get poor help when you could use that time to research online and then buy online. I’m not a big online shopper but it’s this type of thing that will drive me to buying online. Train your staff to say hi to customers and ask if they need help. And then train them on your product. (I gave 2 stars because I did end up buying my cleats here and the sales person was nice. I hope they are good...)

Horrible customer service. I have tried both ordering online then picking up in store and simply buying in store and both have been repetitive horrible service. They cancelled my online order because they didn't have the size I ordered with out contacting me. I only found out the order was cancelled when I finally went into the store to inquire about the order. Buying in person was not helpful either. I knew what pair of shoes I wanted, I had already previously tried them on. The associates in the shoe department were heading to the back to grab a pairs for other customers and would not grab my pair. I was ready to buy on the spot and they ignored me. I finally left after standing around for 20 minutes waiting for service. It wasn't even a busy that day! Inexcusable service in my mind. Shop other locations if possible.

This is a great sport check to buy at and by fat one of the largest I've seen. They have a basement that is 3 or 4 times the size of their main floor.
