I bought shoes for my son here the other day. Had two great associates help me in the shoe section to find the shoes he needed. A couple days later, my wife daughter and I went to pick up shoes at Sevenoaks ShortChek, where we had horrible service.
I had some of the best customer service i’ve ever had in my whole life at this sport Chek. The guy helping me tall blond - might have been the manager went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for and that I was happy. I am still shocked about the great service I received here.
Very nice store. Well stocked, and organized. Staff were plentiful to help.
get better shoes. every single other location has at least decent shoe selection. this one honestly has a terrible selection for years.
Poor customer service. No one even spoke to us while we were in the store and the cashier left the security tags on our items.
Just a quick skate sharpening. Wasn't so sure about sharpening at a Sportchek but that was instantly disregarded. Their equipment is good and they ask you what sort of sharpen you want. Some places don't give that option. Fellow was friendly and said he would do it right away. Said I would browse the store and he said I will do them and come find you with the skates. Did a good job and all staff was friendly and courteous. Very impressed.
I bought a leisure suit from Sport Check in the fall last year. Already it’s falling apart and made of the worst fabric which looked great on the hanger. Cheap! I have bought better sports wear from Walmart. 240$ plus tax? Never again! Also, the staff is concerned with getting credit for a sale, not actually giving customer service. It’s no wonder Amazon has taken over retail. Better service and quality, in my experience

Just a shout out to the girls in the shoe section today. Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Both helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
Very good shopping experience. Friendly shopping assistance that helped in selecting swimming gear for my daughter. Well organized floor space and comfortable shopping.
