Mark's always has the nicest staff. Whenever you go in there are really friendly. Returns are easy and they don't hassle you about them sort of like Costco. I'd totally recommend going to Mark's for their friendly staff and easy return policy.
I was there while they were having a great sale. Paula was very helpful friendly and professional. She made sure we got exactly the right boots for my husband. Mark's had leather boots made in Canada. I was quite impressed. Good value and lots of selection
Mark's is a great place to buy comfortable casual clothes, work clothes, footwear, hand and feet warmers which can be purchased instore or online. The clothes are smart looking, wear well & come in sizes 2 to 3XXL. The staff are great. I needed assistance as I had a medical issue and a staff member stayed with me until I recovered.
Great service and staff. Store has a lot of options especially if you are looking for winter gear. That said I found everything expensive. Bought a windriver boots worth 180CAD and I did not find it to have any better grip than the 60CAD Eddie Bauer from Costco.
It's a somewhat expensive store, but it is good quality products for the most part. I went in to checkout the black friday deals and bought a pair of reinforced Carhartt waterproof pants.....I got them as a light snow pant.
By far this has to be the worst customer service not just once and a while its every time im there!!! Anaita and Sara are the rudest people iv ever delt with in customer service! Anaita is extremely rude every time im in there all because im asking for my unions discount! Sara ended up yelling at my wife and telling her no when asking for the discount!Terrible service!!!!!!!!! Completely unacceptable
The staff on the floor is super sweet but the cashiers were incredibly rude. Rebecca I think she’s a manager was so rude for no reason. We had a company voucher to use and she was acting like it was the biggest inconvenience to her day. The other young girl at the cashier was acting the same way. We were nothing but polite and the way the treated us was disgusting.
Good friendly staff clean store fantastic selection of both work clothes and your everyday stuff and if you get Canadian tire points it's a great place to shop as well
I bought a pair of Sorel Hunting boots last year August 25th for our new season Oct 1st the boots were just great wore them 3days cleaned and stored them for this season . Departed FridaySept30 Hunted two days and the boots were cracking open all over , went to Marks on 207th and was told sorry can’t help you, the best we can do is 10% off on a new pair, WHAT A JOKE !! I wore the boots 5 times and get 10% off on a new pair after paying over $400 for the boots last year , I think it was an insult I love the store the clothing lines and the boots . There after sales programme sucks and that is after supporting them for the past 25 years.
Good collection of well stocked clothes and shoes, along with reasonable promotions and nice staff.
