This store is huge! Found exactly what I was looking for and it was a gorgeous pair of Chelsea boots. Highly recommended you check this place out for any work gear or shoes and other outdoor type stuff you may need.
This place has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. When someone asks a question, like is this waterproof and the sale clerk just says no and walks away? How about helping find that customer something that is.
Loura at Marks was amazing! She was so kind, helpful, and had such a positive vibe. It’s always a pleasure to shop when you get great customer service like that. She really made the whole experience enjoyable!
I honestly give 5 stars to the quality of the products at Marks work warehouse but 0 stars to to the customer service at Port Coquitlam store . Today was my 2nd bad experience there . I ordered pants for my son online . When I received my order one pair was missing so I went to the store and asked them what to do . They initially made it look like I was not being honest. I kept pants at home and complained for nothing. What would I lie about only one pair out of 12 pants. So finally the lady manager helped my by giving me the phone number to call and sort out the issue . Again today I went back to the store to return 6 pairs with the original receipt and unopened packages. Still staff was not able to help me and called the manager named Greg . He was not able to help me either instead he said I should go back to the source I got the items from . I explained to him its wrong size and with the receipt I am simply returning the items. After 45 minutes of talking there he told me I am being rude to him and not understanding what he is saying. Sounded like I did not understand English. He said I am interrupting him when he is talking while I was just trying to explain when needed to be done . I came back home crying without being able to return the items. The customers there were being rather racist and favouring him. Never to go back to that store again.
The staff definitely need more training. Wasn't treated as a valued customer when I shopped there today. The manager agreed with me when I explained the situation however the cashier wanted to argue that she did the right thing.
