Highly unlikely that I will be returning here. Got an interview for the footwear department which I was excited for up until the day of the actual interview. I show up 10 minutes early as I was directed to and told the cashier I had an interview in 10 minutes and asked for a manager. Apparently the manager wasn't "ready" yet so she told me to wait at the back. After waiting for a HALF HOUR a manager finally approaches me for the interview. The manager that took me for the interview was someone that I could see talking to an employee for the entire half hour that I was waiting. Blank expression on her face and a bitchy attitude. Seriously, if they are so desperate on indeed for people to work there you'd think they'd be excited for someone to have an interest in working there. Overall -5/10 experience but I have to put one star at the least to show my pity.

Hit and miss for sale selection. Shoes sales and selection are good. It's great to get scene points here. The store overall has a lot of clothing but super expensive, so most of the time I look for the sale items. Hoodies shouldn't be $90+. That's an outrage. I can handle $40-50.

I called to put an item on hold, the associate asked what the item was (Nike shoes) and never picked up the phone again. I was on hold for 40+ minutes, and was still on hold when I came into the store. I told the associate at the desk and her response was "oh, weird. I wonder what line you're on." I then asked again for the item in my size, and waited another ten minutes at the cash register for the item. When I was paying, I asked for a manager or contact info for a manager, and was told that I had to call in to speak to a manager. Rude girl who clearly didn't care.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Each and every time I go in to this store it is the worst customer experience in the world. My most recent time, was to find running shoes for my two boys. There was one person working footwear and about three different families waiting to try on shoes. It took minimum 15 minutes each time we wanted a different pair of shoes. All the while, there was three employees, who looked to be at the end of their shift (maybe?) standing at the check out, talking, with no customers in line. I had four kids in two and the other families also had children with them. I ended up leaving after an hour and only 3 or 4 pairs tried on. I left thinking to myself, it's like this every time I come here, why do I go back? Today I tried to call in to have a pair of shoes put on hold for my husband to pick up on his way home from work. The girl put me on hold for the footwear department, after 8 minutes I hung up and called back. She said they must have been with a customer, told me to be patient and put me on hold again. Same experience over the phone as in store... Needless to say, I will go out of my way to avoid any more dealings with this store.

Went in on 2 different days to find shoes. It was a different employee working each day, and yet, both would rather talk to their friends then help a customer find shoes..If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. Seriously, who hires these people??
