I have been to this location a few times and found the staff at this store to be exceptional. Everyone I have met has been very personable and helpful. They are happy to help and have friendly conversation if you want, but also respect if you say you don’t need assistance and leave you to shop independently. When I visited with a stroller one day I was waiting a while for the only accessible fitting room. An employee noticed and offered a creative solution. Always happy to shop here :
Absolutely awful customer service. They charged me twice for the same pair of pants online. Store pick up was never notified!! They sell them on me and I still paid twice. Manager at the the store says my problem Should have just assumed they were there or make a call to them considering I never got any notice. Manger tells me not her problem call the 1 800 number. Really rude and bad service will never shop there again and for sure not online. You wont get your money back.
Prices are ridiculously high for the quality and the "sales" arent really even that great. So many better stores to go into at Conestoga with better prices, quality and sales.
Today I ventured into the Gap, a store I'd not purchased from since the late 90's and their "reverse fit" jeans! I was looking for some casual pants for our upcoming cruise-- something lightweight, yet kind of water-resistant or "swishy" as I like to call it! I arrived as the store was opening, at 10 am, and was met by Jane, who spent the next 45 minutes helping me choose styles, sizes, lengths and ultimately getting me a super online deal on the items I did chose in the end. It was a good experience and Jane was super helpful and I valued her opinion. Thanks! I'll be back!
The staff here at the Conestoga Mall location are fantastic. Always friendly and very helpful.
Staff was really helpful but there wasn’t much collection on dresses.
I had the most wonderful experience calling in to place an online order for shipment to British Columbia. The sales associate Annie, did a wonderful job at assisting me with finding the product and also placing the order. She was friendly and patient and made the whole experience simple.
Good experience here. Prices seemed okay. Unfortunately there was not much clothing for a teenager here.
I have been a long time customer of gap clothing but in recent months I see the quality of their clothes have gone down. If this trend continues its bye bye to them. The place is always on sale. Inflate prices and discount them!
Never do in store pick up. Rude and incompetent employees. Obviously ship to home is preferred but was in a time crunch this time. Won't make that mistake again lol
