Sport Chek Clearspring Centre

If i could do no stars i would. Horrible customer service. Had to wait at the shoe section for almost a half hour before anyone even acknowledged me and than says oh you were looking at the tv so i thought someone was already helping you. Ordered shoes online on a sale. Nowhere in the description did it say double wide but that's what i got so i asked for an exchange and was told i can return them but not exchange them at the sale price. Even though on the description nowhere does it state extra wide. Co-Worker ordered as well and said the same thing . Sport Chek from my experience is not a store i can recommend to anyone .

Very disrespectful manager. What's his name.. Scott? Bought a bike here, get home, unload it and the wheel falls off. Put it back on and havnt driven more then 5 minutes and the derailer somehow breaks or comes loose and wraps up in the spokes. Go back to sport check and the manager watched us come in, laughs at us, and mocks us. Of course he basically says we're lieing. No respect. Same case with a girl I know. Brought her skates in to be sharpened and they treat her rudely. Nothing she had done😳 come on at least respect women.

Went there to get skates sharpened. Arrived at the store at 8:30 and said there Machiene was shut down and cleaned for the night. Cleaned? What need to be cleaned on a skate sharpening Machiene?! Anyways, my point is that the store closes at 9:00. Everything should be closed at the time and not before.
