Worst Client service. Rude manager and sales associate. I purchased a winter boot on the Nov 29, 2022, at Outlet mall in Winnipeg. The boot got spoilt, took it back to exchange on December 26, 2022. The sale associate refused to exchange, then I asked to speak with the most senior personnel to explain my ordeal. She came out, refused to exchange and told me to leave, or she is calling security on me. I was really embarrassed, as people's attention were already drawn to us; she was talking so loudly. To say I was mortified, is an understatement. I was like "wow", is this how to treat your customer? She even said I could go sell them off, on facebook market, she doesn't care. Now I have a boot I bought for winter, sitting duck in my closet, coz I can't wear it. As a student my first winter in Winnipeg it is painful, paying that huge amount, only for it to waste. I can never recommend any of my friends coming to Cananda to go for this brand. Reading the reviews here says a lot about this brand

All good but they have a major sizing issue. They don’t have enough sizes for each product. I liked a couple of jackets but didn’t have my size or colour of liking.

I feel safe to order their clothes online because I can return them at the store without mailing them.

very terrible experience paid for a coat had to be brought in got a call said coat was in i would be away for two weeks in Europe went to get the coat they said they handed to my daughter... my daughter never went to get my coat. ok i get it stuff happens I work in retail I know this but the manager and her staff were so rude they dont deserve getting business from Winnipeggers there are alot of places to spend your hard earned money they will never get any of mine again RUDE RUDE MANAGER MARGRET AND HER STAFF DONT GO THERE

Worst customer service I have ever experienced .. will never return to the store again.. salesperson: Janvi,, was the most condescending, rude and disrespectful sales person I have dealt with ever .

The site has a large selection. The store has very limited selection. Sellers absolutely do not care if there are buyers in the store. Kind of weird!!!

There is a some variety of equipment, with sufficient quality, and fair prices. That's a good place to gear up before a trip.
