Stopped in yesterday to buy 1 pair of shoes and ended up purchasing two. Sales associate JJ was tremendously helpfully went above and beyond. I will definitely return to try on those shoes he recommended again and probably purchase. Keep up the good wk sir.
Staff are neither helpful or willing to follow their own return policies posted directly in front of them and on the website. In short I was told to return an item to another store where I made the purchase. This location seems to march to the beat of their own drum. Prior experiences in this location are usually a waste of time as they never have stock on sale items. If you want to shop at Sportcheck I would just shop online.
I was there today to check a Quiksilver snow jacket for my son. Allen was very friendly, helpful and passionate of his work. He was looking in the front and also the back in the storage. He helped us finding the right size and also recommended of buying tech wash for the jacket. Thanks! Will come back!
One of the workers were really rude to me when I needed help. Completely ignored me.. had to go to someone else. She was a short worker, Asian, blonde highlights. Probably 3 feet or something ridiculous. Never coming to this place again. Footlocker STC here I come
I purchased a swimsuit online on November 21 for a week long swim class which began November 28. I ordered it under the premise that it would arrive in 5 days as stated on their website. It did not arrive by the 28 or even the 29 th so I was forced to purchase it elsewhere. The swimsuit actually arrived December 1 evening. It arrived just as the one week swim class had ended. The shipping package has not even been opened and I want to return it for a refund but unfortunately Sportchek refuses. Yes I understand it’s a swimsuit but you shipped it out late and ended up costing me twice the amount. The package is not even open. I have contacted customer service which took three days to respond and then did not even address the issue but instead gave me a tracking number which I didn’t ask for as I no longer needed the swimsuit.For anyone shopping please consider Decathlon or even Walmart which I have learned, obviously too late, will refund swimsuits. I wish Sportchek would provide better customer service to their customers like their competitors do.
First visit to this Sport Chek location and it went very smooth. Service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Good to see that they have a repair/ service shop here. Very good sporting store.
Service is soo bad. .maybe they think i don't have money to buy or i was just there for nothing. Cashier is 0 in being Courteous.
Our go to Sport Chek. We've always had a good experience at this store. The staff are helpful and we've always been able to get the items we need.
I ordered a bike online and I called the store to check if I can bring the bike to store for installation, and asked if I can book a time slot, the staff refused to do so on the phone, and asked me to take the bike to store then they will book the time for me, I questioned them that it doesn’t make sense to ask a customer to bring the bike without knowing if the store can do it, and have to keep finding stores which are available for the service. I came with my bike and the staff told me no space for them to keep the bike then I have to bring the bike to another store. What a terrible service!
Today I met Danilo who has sent the quality and quantity time to explain the different products that I have no regret to buy the most suitable items for my family, including the clothing for upcoming cold weather and the fox sleeve for biking. Thanks a lot for sharing your expertise, Danilo. Highly commend you to shop at Cachet Sports check. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Today I am thankful for Saranjan who has closely journeyed with me, to share his knowledge and experiences that I can find the best winter clothing for my family. Yesterday Chole and Frankline have also patiently guided me through to find other items. Today as usual I shopped here again and encountered Nithursha, the cashier who friendly and efficiently served me. She has shown professionalism in your manner and speed of service. I love the staff in this store.
