Bio Concept Orthotics & Pedorthic Care

I was looking online for a store that sold orthotics in my area. I stumbled across this place on google and saw how awful the ratings were. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and went to check out the store anyways. I now know EXACTLY why their reviews are so bad. Upon walking in the store, the place was empty - absolutely no customers. There was an employee frantically and fearfully dusting the soles on the shelves and two men (possibly owners) behind the counter who I had asked questions to about their prices, products and services. These men were extremely rude, condescending and stuck up. Not sure why they think they have a right to be as they never have any customers.Terrible terrible terrible service! Would not recommend this place to anyone - not even to browse. Save yourself from an awful experience. It’s a wonder how they’re still in business.

The service I have received at Bio Concept has been 2nd to none. They were able to work with my benefits provider and I did not have to pay out of pocket. They have excellent selection and can order footwear that is not in stock. The work they did on the shoes to customize them for me was perfect and my feet feel great now. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was suffering from Plantar Fasciitis problem but I finally got relaxed after wearing Orthotics insoles that I bought form Bio Concept footwear store. The chiropody clinic also inquired about my foot problem and made me relax & confident on treating it. My foot is now experiencing better walk & is day-by-day improving. Thank you.

Scheduled an appointment for an assessment with the pedorthist, was told to arrive earlier so they can close up on time. Left work earlier for the scheduled appointment and was told got the Pedorthist doesn't work there that day.
