My husband and I went shopping on boxing day, busy day, and David helped us find some shoe sizes. He was super helpful, went above and beyond finding my size which initially the system showed none available for the style i wanted but then he checked online and found out there was actually one left so he went and found it. His attitude was great! I wish everyone had that energy when it comes to customer service. Keep it up David!
Went today to buy few things. I picked up few things including one item from the supplement section but the supplement I was looking for was overpriced already compared to other stores or Amazon. I went to the cashier and there were young lady and and anther older lady looks like a manager or supervisor. That was Aug 17 at about 1:30 pm. I asked her politely, do you do price match. She said like she doesn’t want to answer me , with what store ? I told her with Amazon. She reply in very rude way , we don’t do any online price match. I returned everything I was planning to buy and left the store. This store has no customer service. It’s not the first time I have trouble at this location. Other locations are fine. But looks like the management at this location has zero attitude and no customer service.
Staff will ask you if they can help you, and they’ll help finding your product or answer your questions. The store is clean, tidy and spacious. I generally don’t like how the beanies are displayed, it’s hard to see what options there are, but this is not unique to this location. I never had to wait for long time for check out, even when there was a somewhat long line.
I went in to get a a specific backpack and a pair of shoes. When I asked someone where I could find it I was told "somewhere over there" and waved their hand in a general direction. Didn't find what I wanted even though it said online it was in stock. Then went to get shoes. I asked about a pair of shoes I wanted if they had them in my size. The sales associate scanned the bar code and said yes. Came back 15 min later saying "the warehouse is all messed up and that the shoes weren't where they were suppose to be". I asked if he could find them and they said "no it's to messed up". I could not believe the unprofessional attitude. What a joke.
1 star cause I have to give one…….I never ever do this but this is warranted. The girl on the hiking atmosphere side with the reddish hair was rude. She didn’t want to help, too busy chatting with a big guy with glasses In a red shirt laughing at something on their phone. I asked for help but she couldn’t be bothered. I finally got help…..with the person at front and a lady in a black shirt. Thank you to 2 of them. Update: I came back today for running shoes. There was a girl in a red shirt complaining to a tall guy another red shirt about some girl taking her worker to cover breaks. Calling her a b!tch and everything else. I asked her for help and she walked away. Another lady helped who was very nice - black shirt?? I got the shoes And paid. I mentioned this to the cashier and he said he would tell the manager. Last time for me. Don’t bother with this place.
I go here because it’s the closest one to me. Tip of advice - know what you are shopping for as the sales associates will not help you. I went to look for a pair or runners and cleats, and I knew what I was looking for. The sales associates at this location says a quick “can I help you” but don’t mean it genuinely and almost like it’s a burden that I came in the store. They would rather get back to their conversations with their colleagues. I felt like I was interrupting as I asked for help with different sizes. Overall, I would only come here if you know what you are looking for so you are in and out. Next time I may make the drive for better service that feels more welcoming.
The service, once I got it, went smoothly. Thus 2 stars. I was there to pick up skis from the pro shop but was told to wait in line behind a family of 3 who bought an entire set of skis, bindings, helmets etc, and I waited about 15 minutes. Then another customer walked up to another Pro Shop clerk to pick up his skates. He walked right in , got them, and left. He was white, and treated very pleasantly. I am not white. When I questioned that second clerk if I still had to wait behind that family of three, or can just pick up from him, he replied to me in an extremely condescending tone as if I was a second class citizen undeserving of respect… quite obviously differently… just makes you wonder why. I won’t be returning to this pro shop.
Today I bought a shoes from this branch, staff were really friendly, Nathan helped me a lot, although I had language barrier, he tolerated me. I was satisfied with this branch, I am happy, als I'll recommend this branch to all friends and colleagues. Thanks
They have a lot of products for sale but the service here is pretty mediocre. There was a sale going on here but couldn’t really find anyone to help nor did it seem like anyone wanted to. There was also a long line of customers in the afternoon and there was only one till open and they were working super slow.
Went here having a great day after having a good meal at edo Japan. Was going to buy a bunch of basketballs for my new minor league basketball team and got sold a credit card by this Indian guy who told me it was a great way to pay for my purchase. My minor basketball league didn’t take off and I got stuck with all these basketballs I bought. Now I’m 20 thousand dollars in debt and some dude with a Costco membership married my wife because I can’t pay bills anymore. Overall decent experience I guess.
