Generally the clothes are good and represent great value for the price. However, quality has gone downhill and processing times have become unacceptably long. Over a week to ship items on a consistent basis just isn’t competitive these days. I will likely continue to order here for a selection of clothes, but for many items it unfortunately just doesn’t make sense anymore. Shame to see another great brand suffer quality and service cuts.nnUpdate: I have increased my review to 4 starts, as the business seems to have been tackling their processing time issues. It seems they are aware of the extended processing times and are trying to do better. My most recent order was processed in 2 business days, which is closer to being on par with expectations. We will see about the quality when this order arrives. Lately it has been the buttons, hanging on by a thread out of the box and needing to be reattached immediately.

Very nice suits for a fantastic price. The value is unbeatable and at or above the quality of places like Suitsupply. They also have fantastic customer service in person at the Mississauga location. Will be coming back here for sure and have recommended to my friends and family.

I previously ordered online.nThe quality was there, loved the shirts.nHowever i did mess up the sizing.nI had a trip planned to canada, thought i’d pass by.nI was welcomed and assisted by amanda.nShe was very patient and friendly, she helped me figure out my size for future orders.nCan’t wait to buy some more.

So far - not impressed. Customer service is non-existent. Placed my first order Tuesday night for the same blazer in several different sizes Since it is my first purchase, I don't know my size yet. I followed up with an email asking it to be expedited - I need the item for next weekend. Wednesday they emailed to say 1 my order is on hold and 2 they want me to measure myself so they can send me fewer items and 3 ignored my request to add expedited shipping. I asked for instructions on how to measure - I am not a tailor - and never heard back. I followed up twice by email and then yesterday called at least three times. Not one answer ever or a return call - I left a VM with my order number and contact info. Today, again, no answer. It appears that customer service is non-existent here. I can't get any confirmation that my item has shipped. I placed the order Tuesday and Friday it still hasn't shipped and I don't know if it ever will.

I will never buy pants from this company again. The waist is way too small and have to waste money to get them put out. Their 34& 33 is like 31 with most other common brands and don’t know how they do the cutting but all the pants tent in the front making them useless. Spent about $400 on two pairs and getting them adjusted. Never ordering their products.
