The staff of this branch has been more than accommodating placing an item I’m dying to have on hold twice now till my day off (over the phone). I can’t thank them enough for being generally good people. They deserve a raise for going over and beyond. Shout out to Lisa, lady on the phone with Filipino accent, and the team!

Very bad customer service. The cashiers stand and talk with people without caring about people waiting in lineup. The discount labels do not mean anything. The price at the checout was without any discount. They started to give excuses that the sale was 2 days ago and they cannot do anything...

GARBAGE! - Now that I have your attention, that word is how I would describe this particular location. RARELY do I have a pleasant experience at the Heartland store for the following reasons: * Rude, unprofessional, and pushy staff (courtesy of the lady in the hijab that kept pushing me to buy a suit I tried on once...) * Very unwelcoming staff, never really smiling or attempting to interact in a positive manner (it's almost like they're working at RW because an evil mastermind has kidnapped their loved ones and forced them into the oppressive world of fast fashion) * Constantly messy store (that's a nice way of saying that it is in a perpetual state of sh*ithole-ness) Do yourself a favour and go to any other location in Mississauga (there's two of them). RW&Co Heartland is like that kid that joined a gang and then got shot and killed. It may come from a good family, and everyone may talk about how it was a "good kid" at the funeral, but the most likely answer is that the kid (RW Heartland) was an assh*le.

One of my favorite stores. Staff is really helpful and they're not pushy at all. I was able to get the help I wanted and in the same time they gave me my own space

Not as great as the Erin Mills location. But I love RW&Co clothing so I'll be back.
