Unfortunately Worst experience very unprofessional place overall. Bought dresses packed in packing opened at home they all had black spots. Took them back all the way from Waterloo no one said sorry or apologized instead they asked me that it was my responsibility to check everything before buying while my point was where is their quality assurance why there is product on the shelf that is not perfect to be sold. Neither they offered me any discount. When I tried to exchange I end up picking something cheaper that left me balance of 50$ they refused to pay me and forced me to buy something worth that money as result I end spending more than an hour in store to pick something of that value which I could not find in the end I end buying something worth more than 50$ and end up paying them more money. When I asked who is the owner of the store so that I can register my complain they said Junaid Jamshed. So I end up saying “I guess I have to die to meet him”. I will never go back to this store again.
I am very disappointed by their business model. Store won’t take returns of online purchases. You have to pay from your pocket to return one dress or two to Calgary address that costs $80 from Canada post. And you will be forced to use the gift card instead of getting refund. So I wasted couple of hundred dollars to J. Be careful while buying online from J. Canada
They have a large selection of clothes, especially fancy clothes. My family and I went there to find plain clothes but sadly were not able to find what we were looking for. They have very limited designs for simple wear and that's why we couldn't find what we wanted there. The store itself is big with options for mens and women clothing, fancy wear. The store is arranged very nice with a separate section for everything. There is also a tailor handy at the store who can fix a stitch or a button if need be, which is very convenient.
Very pricey. $150 for a 5-6 year old girl dress. Does that make sense... They need to work on their price chart
The store itself is not very big and was not well staffed for the Eid/weekend shopping rush. Only one fitting room was open and had a long line in Men section. But whatever staff they had was helpful and making sure every customer is look after. The store had a good variety of Men’s Kurta and Shalwar Kameez as well as some Sherwanis. In addition to J. Clothes, they also have Almirah Brand clothes.
Wonderful experience.went there for some wedding shopping for myself and my daughters, very good collection and very helpful staff
Very good variety of Pakistani dresses. Especially the men's section has good stuff. Very different form what we usually get here. Went in after the lockdown, the did their best to control the people in store. The sales person was excellent, she really helped us. The Manager did a super job at the cash counter and controlling the number of people entering the shop.
Visited Junaid Jamshed shop in Mississauga, they got amazing things for the whole family. Super sweet staff, always there to help you out. Everything is very clean and organized. Do visit them
It was wonderful experience visiting J. Mississauga , the store was super clean way better than any other store in North America. The customer experience was wonderful, the twin sister provided an excellent customer service , they answered all our questions and helped us to choose the right products… thanks!!
Had a wonderful experience shopping for the first time at J. Mariyum assisted my daughters aged 9 & 10 with such love to find the perfect outfit for a event at the gurdwara yesterday. Everyone complimented my girls & asked where I got it. Now its my turn to by a new outfit!
