I placed an order with Spice venue for Uthappam and other dishes . I frequently order this place out of sheer helplessness as there is nothing close to for Indian food . I do acknowledge they have 1-2 items which are good on their menu ! Now I have noticed they have an inconsistency in their preparation but today they gave me a dosa and call it an uthappam , I tried to call them and talk about it for which the person by name Bharani picks the call and says - that’s what our chef prepares and if you wish to take it accept it or stop ordering from us . The audacity of replying to customer in such manner instead of being considerate says it all about the restaurant!! This scenario has happened multiple times wherein they send whatever they wish and I have ignored it multiple times until today I felt the necessity to call them and inform !! Disgusting attitude of the restaurant!! Anytime you walk-in to the place they are least bothered to attend to customers but I have always chosen to ignore considering the hard times of covid but today was enough !! I had no choice but to tell them to stop cheating the customers by giving such false information!!
We went there for a Halloween event. No one showed up but us, the drinks was watered down and the Dj was a horn dog lol but played some good music. We wasn't able to order food cause they closed the kitchen earlier then the time it said and they wouldn't honor us with the deal specials they had. Service was very disappointing in the food section.
Placed an order through Door Dash from Spice Venue. There was a DEAD BUG in my food. See picture. Be aware, I’d avoid this place. I already reported it to Door Dash.
This food is AUTHENTIC!!! Reminds me of home & the staff? hands down PHENOMENAL, I work at the local dealership Team Mitsubishi and we eat there at least 2 times a week. Only cause we cut down We ate here nearly everyday last month. Its just that AMAZING!!!
Had written a bad review initially.. But their food never disappoints.. Customer service is improving. Cleanliness has also improved quite a bit. A welcome change..Food: 5/5

Food is close to excellent! I ordered the Saag Paneer and it was absolutely delicious - big portions too, well worth the money. I have not had much Indian food in my life, so I cannot judge too fairly, but my main criticisms would be that: - the paneer cheese was a little drowned in saag - The naan bread was a little bit too greasy for my liking, but then again I don't know much about traditional Indian cuisine The rice was delicious as well. The atmosphere, however, is a different story. This is not a fine dining restaurant. Silverware was disposable plastic, and food was delivered to the table in carryout containers rather than in dishes. The restaurant design is also quite dated, but this is more than excusable given the enormous undertaking it would be to change that. Service was good though, although it was a little slow, which is forgivable. Our waitress even let us leave our leftovers behind and pick them up later we were going to a museum, which was extraordinarily nice of her. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time Sunday at lunch In all, I think this restaurant has the potential to become the finest Indian restaurant for miles around, with only minor changes, most notably switching to real silverware and real ceramic dishes. This alone would make the experience all the better.

Placed an order, showed up 1.5h later pre-scheduled time they then made me wait 30 minutes just to let me know they were just starting my order. 2.5h to get my food. Absolutely horrible and lacking any kind of empathy.
I will not ever coming back and the customer service was terrible and the cashier was rude and she keep giving me dirty looks. She wasn’t helpful with and she barely said a word to me. This is third times has happened and I’ll never had such a horrible experience with my restaurant. They don’t have Apple Pay.
