I went with a few friends, and we all had wonderful, authentically Thai meals.  One friend got the jungle curry, which was light, fresh and had outstanding flavour.  Two of us got the our server's favourite - stir-fried sausage, and were not disappointed! The dish was mind-blowing and unique.  I got the special (Pineapple fried rice) and asked to have a bit of spice added; however, our server misheard me and made it extra spicy.  Although it was delicious I was silently suffering, and Spice Root bent over backward to ensure that I left happy and satiated despite the mix up.
I found that the portions were on the bigger side, but we managed to finish it all.  The cocktail menu was well thought out and unique - I had trouble deciding which to order.
We'll definitely return to Spice Root!

So yummy! Some of the best food we've had in Squamish yet. 4 stars only because the portions were a bit small for the price but won't stop us from going back.

Roughly 14$ a plate. The plates were large enough to split. My fiance and I love eating and we're stuffed after three plates split. Good vibes nice staff. The food was very tasty. Looking forward to trying more of the menu in the future.
