Speedy Auto Service Etobicoke

I have been using this location for about 16 years now. Nice waiting area and I have had no complaints about the workmanship. I appreciate having patient repair people who show you what needs being done so you don't have to wonder. The waiting area has full windows to watch the repairs if you are so inclined.

I was getting my first oil change here. The original oil change was supposed to be $69.99 but the owner/manager said my car takes a special oil filter which would be an additional $11.50. Later on the invoice I found he charged me $13 for the oil filter. I found a coupon online for $20 off if you spend at least $100. As soon as I showed the owner this he looked visibly upset. My total was $96 before tax and he said I didn't meet the requirement. I told him to sell me something small (oil filter etc.) and he said he'll just charge me the $4 difference instead without giving me anything... Shortly after showing him the coupon one of the mechanics came in and said that there's a screw stuck in my tire and if I wanted it taken out. I said yes and the owner said it would be an extra $25 charge. I got it down to $20. I'm not saying that they intentionally put it there, but based off my experience so far I would not be surprised at all if they did. I ended up spending $103 plus tax for an oil change. The owner has absolutely no business sense. When a new customer comes in you should want to try to make them feel satisfied with the experience so that they come back. Instead I never felt comfortable at the shop and felt like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of me. If the owner wanted to build some goodwill he should have taken the screw out at no extra charge (literally a 2 second job) to make the customer happy. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY SUCK.

First time going here. Have been to over 20 mechanic shops. Very fast, prices are decent and clean workshop. I love that you can see what they are doing to your car through the office windows. Very friendly staff too. They seem very knowledgeable.

For two years I am trying to find reliable and honest car mechanic and auto service location. I am changing locations when I am not pleased with auto service and when people lying and trying to trick you . Today for the first time I have brought my car to this location because I have read the rewiew's and they were very positive. I am really satisfied with service. Very professional, everything was explained what they did, they show me on the spot filters they need to be changed. Service was super fast and the prices were reasonable. They were generous because I didn't have to pay for tire rotation. I had a great conversation as well. So far the best auto service for a long time and I am planing to stick with this one. Thank you so much!

I had a flat tire a few KMs away and this was the closest shop. I managed to drive over, but they weren't able to patch up my tire due to the extensive damage. Luckily they were able to get me a used tire at a great price so I would be able to drive on the highway for the time being. Service was fast and friendly, would definitely recommend them!
