Great machanic. Ive been taking my cars here for years . Chuck is very experienced in BMW and always gives fair prices.

As a mechanic, Chuck and his team did a good job fixing my BMW without an appointment and for that I am thankful. But the customer service is lacking... if you ask him a legitiment question, he is dismissive and trys  to make you  seem ignorant even though the points you are bringing up regarding the required repair  are valid. Finally, his taller mechanic provided the worst customer service and denied providing me a quote for future work I need to do and insisted that he e-mail me the quote within 2 days... it's been almost a week and nothing.... and for those reasons, I will not be coming back.

Chuck and his team are Grade A fair priced mechanics. He is a doctor to BMW's!! Highly recommended if looking for BMW mechanic.

These guys know their stuff ! By far the best shop I've been to. Just got my car back from them after some maintenance work and it's running smoother than ever. Highly recommend Chuck's Auto for any car needs, it will be in good hands!
