This would be a NEGATIVE RATING !  
(but I had to check off one star in order for it to post)

I have called this shop 10 times in a row today, to have someone on the other end of the line pick up the call and hang up on me before we could even get started. Even if they are really busy, they should at least take my information and call me back when they have the time.
