Dr trafhagen and her staff were extremely professional. I had a total left knee replacement and her staff were extremely helpful to make me feel comfortable during the visit. Dr traffican explained in depth my site issues and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr chaphagen's office for any of your eye care needs.
The quality of care at Full Spectrum Family Vision is outstanding. I have a difficult contact prescription but Dr. Heather and her staff are very patient and precise in getting me the best possible vision correction. They are also extremely diligent in preserving your eye health as well. I highly recommend them!
The staff at Full Spectrum are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Heather took her time to review each test, how they work and the results. She provided options on a way forward and was not pushy. Dee took the time to show us frames for glasses and helped us pick the best choice with the help of the office staff. Great experience!
