My friend told me about this place but unfortunately in today's digital age, posting a printout on the door that you're closed is not sufficient enough. We drove 45 minutes only to find out the store was closed for some event as shown in the picture.
I booked an appointment with Suzana just before Christmas to get some new glasses. I received a call and picked them up January the 6th. The service was excellent.The optical tech, Ruddy Escamilla made sure everything was perfect. They are both a pleasure to deal with. Especially during this time of 2020. Thank you again.
I would definitely recommend IGO Optical to anybody who is looking to not only having good quality eye glasses but also receiving a nice welcoming, individualized guidance with plenty of time and help to choose frames and options in general. I am happy I followed my cousin's advise and went to IGO Optical !
Suzana helped me out. For my first experience picking out glasses she was by far the most helpful after spending all the time looking for deals. I will definitely return and have her help me again. A++ customer service!!!!
I went there on a whim just to see how the place was I ended up buying three new pairs of glasses the staff there are so helpful it took about three days for my glasses to come back with my prescription lenses in them I was so happy with my service they were so quick I would definitely go back prices are fair
Suzana is the best person in customer service I have ever met! She is always SO kind and helpful and every time we go in she remembers us right away by name! I am so glad we found this glasses store! I will never go anywhere else!
