His assistant was great too. Then there's amazing Michael. So patient, kind, accommodating and a great sense of humour. Everyone there is awesome. I will definitely be back. I went into this gallery today with a girlfriend who needed an eye exam and glasses. What a great first impression with three happy faces at the desk greeting us. Everyone was most friendly and welcoming. Being in the medical field, I really can appreciate good customer service and Veronica and Michael were exemplary!! Thank you both for staying late and being so wonderful about that!! Congratulations to all of you!
What a great store. The staff were amazing not just helpful but crazy stylish. They had an incredible selection of both designer eyewear and their own in-store line. I was helped measured fitted complimented felt like a million bucks. Did not cost a million bucks which was also amazing. Kudos
I have been seeing this team for a few years now. My prescriptions change yearly, as I have a condition. This team of specialists are the absolute best! They go way way beyond any said standards of eye care. And they are the most effective, personable and precise team ever. I cannot say enough, and I'm a very particular person. I recently upgraded to 8k lenses, because I felt they would help, and they did. I am experiencing a visual miracle!! So if you need truly personal care, attention, and the right people to do this...you are coming to the right place. Absolutely. This fabulous team are the best. I've been searching for decades. This is my second time buying glasses. This time I came in on Thursday and bought the 2 for 1 glasses promo and they were ready today Saturday. Wow. The staff are friendly knowledge and professional. I highly recommend this company. They stand behind their product with a smile!

Awesome customer service and great prices! The Eyeglass Gallery team is friendly and knowledgeable and over the past couple of years have always helped me get the best deal they can give me for my budget. This past visit, even though it was close to closing time, they were very patient and didn't hesitate to still provide great service and never made me feel rushed. It was an absolutely pleasurable experience from eye exam with the Doctor to purchasing my glasses/sunglasses. 10/10 Would recommend!
If I could give more Stars I would! I won't go anywhere else for glasses. Both my husband and I have been more than impressed with the service, styles, and price! Michael is my GO TO for style, and I have gotten so many compliments on my glasses! All the staff are amazing and you should go check them out!
Michael is amazing! I took my two daughters in for glasses and contacts earlier in the week and today they went in to learn how to put the contacts in. He was patient and funny and made the experience so exciting and enjoyable and relaxing. I wish I could give more stars!
