Amazing staff - Really helpful and friendly. Best service I received for eyebrow threading, lash extension, brow lamination and tint. Very flexible with timings too. One of the ladies who doenst even work on certain days of the week, she came specially for my treatment which was not expected. The prices are also fair. Definitely will recommend !!!

Wow is all I can say about this establishment. I came in for a shellac manicure and left thinking my nails looked great. After work I was driving home and noticed the nail polish on my nails started to peel off, mind you this was just a few hours after my appointment. As the night progressed, ALL of the nail polish on EVERY SINGLE NAIL came off. I was very confused to why this was happening so I went back to the salon and request my money back the next day. The lady accused me that I peeled it off and since I got a manicure cleaned cuticles, etc they would not give me a refund. I told them I could come in two weeks, and they said that would be too late and I would just receive a colour change. Honestly, the fact that they were not providing me any solution, I decided to leave. This salon is not customer service oriented and I was shocked at the way she spoke to me. DO NOT GO HERE!

What a great experience! Sara took extra great care of me. I had a pedicure with gel polish and these lovely nails for my wedding tomorrow. I am over the moon with the customer service and final product! Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars I definetly would. I went for a pedicure few days ago and my nails were done by a lady who did not seem like she cared enough about her customers. She was on the phone while doing my nails, and after a very painful pedicure, for whatever reason, my toe got infected. I went back to show them an they blamed it on my in-grow. I have had many pedicures before and I have never had any issues. The pain in my nail is unbearable. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism. Do not waste your money.Service: Pedicure

1 star for the polite nail artist, but the nails look terrible. The lines are wiggly and each nail is different. On one hand she made the design across half my nail liked I asked, but on the other she did it only on the white part. I showed a very simple picture I got done at another nail salon in Richmond 3rd pic and this is what I ended up. It looks like an untrained person did my nails for fun, not like something I went to a salon and paid for.

I stop by today which is Monday at 7:30, we saw an open sign so want to find out the price and hours. We just moved to the area and wanted to know. This person was working on someone and door was locked. She open the door very upset and asked rudely “ what do you want now?”. We apologized and left. Never going to a shop this rude to spend my money.

Unprofessional, 2 hours to do simple nude shade of acrylics, my gel polish is bumpy & gel running down on my cuticles, and charged me $52 for short length and the jar of the acrylic jar was a Nivea cream jar! Dirty tools not to mention they do not clean implentments between customers, my nail lady was counting her tips & on her phone during my service and I overheard another nail lady with her customer taking about “lots of people want dark skin we don’t want dark skin” and both started to laugh. Seeing the people who go into this place makes me so sad what sort of disease they can pick up in here I went to get my nails removed and to the doctors right away

I've been to many nail places. I've always felt so rushed. I have sensitive nail beds, due to my health condition. Lynn at specialty nails, is so gentle and caring. She's like a mom. Made sure that I was warm. Takes extra care and precaution with my nails, and I really appreciate her. I won't be going anywhere else now. Thanks Lynn!!
