The service was absolutely trash. I will never go to this place again. The style of the haircut looks absolutely horrendous and the lady who was performing the haircut lacked training and she used brute force to force the haircutter around. The equipment lacked cleaning and was gross. There's hair on the cloth that they put around your neck. The interior of the place didn't look much better, just disgusting. Absolutely terrible. One of the women's hairdressers in this store has obsessive-compulsive disorder. She does not cut hair according to customer requirements. She has to cut according to her own thoughts. be careful for who has your hair cut when get in the store.

It is a very cheap place to get hair cut. They have no time to clean up hairs on floor and equipments, and they just do hair cut one after the other one without stopping. When I was getting hair cut, I saw few combs covered by hairs in front of me as well as buzzers. I was here a month ago, and that was a good experience with a different guy did for me. However, by looking their environment, I will not come again.

Got a men’s haircut and paid $13. I thought it was a good deal but after reading the reviews it was supposed to be $10! Lol. The guy with bleached hair and a ponytail cut mine. He couldn’t speak English but still did a great job.

A terrible place to go if you would like to get your hair cut the way you want to. I asked for a haircut where it was not too long nor short, they proceed to shave my hair like no tomorrow as if they ignored my interests. They even have the audacity to assume my nationality saying "This sort of hair style is normal for Chinese boys your age". I am not Chinese but Canadian. This shows that they are stereotypical to looks and ignore whatever the customer wants.

No complaint for a $9.99 mens haircut and it's fast. You can park your car inside the tennants' parkade as well as free wifi provided.

Terrible place for a highlight. The lady Winnie did such a bad job with my highlights . I don’t think she has even gone through any proper training base on her techniques . Never go there again .

I really like this place no point go some where else they offer me low cost of hair cut and I've no time to search other place. Winnie is the best even she know I'am picky person haha :!
