Maureen did a great job on my haircut and root touch-up. She is very nice , thorough, and accommodating. I do recommend her! I gave the salon four stars because it was more expensive than I expected.

In my opinion, the best hairdresser works here. They are pretty good and they have pretty much a flexible business hours. Conveniently located, just a few footsteps from the subway and inside the Eaton Center. It gets busy from time to time, so it's better to book in advance.

Manicurist was super nice and accommodating but a little too aggressive when cutting my cuticles... Ended up bleeding on one of my nails, she just wiped it down without apologizing... Otherwise would've given this a 5 star

Superb Customer service .. Every time I come they always find time to fit me in . Have to say been to various Mall shops this is hands down my favorite. The staff is extremely personable if you want a relaxed enjoyable environment I more then suggest you come here!!
