SPA ST. JAMES

Very rude service. Aesthetician was telling me all about her life when all I wanted was to relax. I spent more than 300$ there and wasn’t satisfied with the service and the treatment. The girl actually didn’t go through all the steps she was supposed to. At the end of the treatment the aesthetician asked me for a tip - as if you don’t always leave a tip anyways. She ran to the cash with me and made sure I gave her a tip. I told the management about the lack of professionalism and they didn’t even apologize.

Sabina!!! She did an amazing pedicure :) I'll have to book a facial with her soon because her skin is amazing (no makeup) with a simple routine. *spend 15min after the polish at the relaxation room to let it dry and unwind Price is definitely worth the service provided

Red carpet treatment from the minute you walk in until you leave, I had a Back De-Stressor which was great, five stars for the receptionist at the pool floor and for the owners who remind you that your feedback matters.
