Stunning place, the hot stone massage was incredible, the best so far. I really recommend this Spa. Also we were able to use the sauna on the rooftop.
Absolute bliss, I’m so zen’ed out from my 60 min massage that I’ve forgotten the masseuse name - and I asked twice! I get a lot of massages and this is by far one of the best, the entire experience is just heavenly. Loved the hot towels and the comfy day beds for when you aren’t quite ready to transition back to the real world. Will come here next time I am in the city.
I've only been to the spa for haircut, treatment and coloring with Mario and I really liked the results. He is very experienced at his job and also has a very pleasant personality
What an incredible time! I booked a deep tissue massage with Phillippe and it was a relaxing and energizing experience. He was incredibly kind, gracious, and knowledgeable. He was able to address all of my pain in one session, I feel so much better already! The dry sauna on the penthouse floor, although small, is the perfect temperature. Great experience, it really made my day and took all my stress away :

I’ve been going to spa St James for many years and the whole team is fantastic! Fariba is my favourite and never disappoints. Lately I have been getting lash lifts and the results are consistently amazing.
PLEASE READ TO THE END I made an appointment at the spa, very excited for my first manicure in 2 years, and in need of some "me time" after a very busy period. The arrival at the spa went well, my manicure started, and everything seemed fine. Behind me were 2 ladies having a conversation about 2SLGBTQIA+ community and how open children are today compared to before. It was a perfectly objective conversation until my technician piped up out of nowhere expressing very distressing and polarizing opinions. This obviously made the other two uncomfortable, as they immediately switched conversations to their holiday plans. I tried to let it go, but the longer I sat, the more angry I became. Not wanting to make a scene, I excused myself and went to speak to the two receptionists. They were amazing, seriously. They apologized, moved things around so I could come back that afternoon with a different technician and gave me a discount for my troubles. Both receptionists were wonderful, but a special mention needs to be made for Carol. Her professionalism, empathy, and general warmth/candor were amazing - honestly, I would go back just to see her. My manicure that afternoon was lovely and my nails look FAB! Sometimes a horrid experience can leave you with a positive feeling if it's handled well.
I had my lash tint and lift down for the first time here,where the next day I woke up with a swollen and burnt right eye. When I called the next day to let them know, the receptionist/owner told me that this had never happened to anyone ever before, which I am most certain is a lie. She couldn’t care less. I waited to see if perhaps I had an allergic reaction, but on the second day my eye was as swollen if not more the next day and it was clean that they had burnt my eye with the product. I had to pay to see an optometrist as my vision became slightly blurry to find out that they had burnt my eye! I am very disappointed as I was expecting much better services for the price you pay. Clearly not worth the money and you will be left with a burnt eye!
The setting and ambience is very nice, The massage was well done. But for $275 for 90 minute massage, way over priced. Here in Cambodia, same massage with better service, foot wash/scrub, lemongrass oil, ginger tea and cookies for $21USD. Not worth $275
Unprofessional attitude all the way and definitely not luxurious...my masseuse looked like she just did a dancersize class in leotards no class
