I always have great experiences with Spa Lumina. Every time I arrive for an appointment I’m greeted so warmly. Before any service, I’m given all the details of the service as well as after treatment care. The next day I always get a message checking in on me as well. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The spa is always clean and tidy. I love it here! Special shout out to Meg S who always takes the time to answer my questions and leaves my skin feeling and looking beautiful!

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Lumina. I went in for a facial and came out not only feeling relaxed, but also looking FABULOUS and REFRESHED! My esthetician was very informed and took the time to ask me what my skin goals were before deciding which products we would use during my appointment. I Always have an Amazing experience at Spa Lumina! The staff are so welcoming and kind. It feels warm and inviting and not Clinical at all, which I find very relaxing and anxiety easing. They have very fair prices with discounts on every return visit. I never feel upsold or pushed to make impulse purchases which I also really like! I will be back again soon!Service: Skin treatments

I want to begin by saying this spa is most relaxing and friendly one I have ever been to. Right when you walk in you are greeted and offered water/coffee. The employees are all in a good mood and it really offers up for a pleasant experience. I did not feel rushed at all even though I was a little late for my appointment. I got the new TED hair treatment done for hair loss/ thinning of the hair. The girl that did the treatment for me Alicia really explained it thoroughly and made the experience that much better. I am a person that cares a lot about how I feel at any place I go to more than the treatment I am getting done sometimes and this place is the perfect fit for me. I like when things are explained to me and I’m the type of person to have a lot of questions and Alicia had all the answers and did not seem flustered at all. I definitely will be recommending to friends and family.

Nothing but amazing service. I had a sensitivity to a disinfectant. I called back to get clarification. They were so attentive and reassuring. Responded to my concern promptly and also provided me with a follow up call the next morning. I must say if anyone is looking for botox/filler I highly recommend this clinic. The Dr on site is VERY gentle with a needle. And knows what he's doing. Keep up the good work. I'm extremely pleased with my results. Thank you.
