I have gone to Balance at the Spa to see Ashley for a while now, and first started after the spa opened. Unfortunately, I do not live in the Barrie area currently but have visited recently and made an appointment to see her! Ashley has had extended education in the esthetician field, including waxing and has always done a fantastic job on every service she offers. She is bright, cheerful, and a very driven person who believes in her business and all the products she hand makes for it. I have fallen in love with her body scrubs (which I buy every time I visit) and always leave the spa feeling refreshed and relaxed! If you want to be pampered, try Balance at the Spa, Ashley does not disappoint!

I was so nervous about waxing, I had never done it before and saw a Groupon so thought, why not... Ashley is amazing at what she does! I actually look forward to going to get my waxing which is very unusual. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable and she is hilarious to talk to!
