The staff go above and beyond for their costumers! They helped my cat with his severe allergies, when other vets gave me bandaid, they gave me a solution! They had constant communication with me and the specialist, and would check in to make sure things were improving. Thank you so much Southport!
The staff are so kind to the animals. Had lots of follow up calls to make sure our dog was doing well. The Vets spend the time needed to answer questions so you understand the issue.

Very confused ! Every one of the staff was confused .. spay aid 100s of people use them why is it so confusing ... if you don't understand them how should I.... your office has 2 people that make calls you think one of them could get the info they need .. how am I to know how much I have to pay... but thanks for charging in me FULL price It's as hard to trust a vet as it is a macanic.... day shot ! Thanks for taking my money for NOTHiN what so ever .. 1$ a pound to get a check up ??? Unreal ..
The staff is great but the next morning I had called to let them know that my oldest dog angel had passed away I did get a sorry for yr loss by sweet girl work at the desk but the other one disrespected not only to me but to my mother as well and now they had sent an letter in the mail saying I was disrespectful to them and that they gave me almost all of the files back on my fur babies telling me to find another vet when I wasnt disrespectful to them at all . I have proof of this all happening . Not liking how my mother and I was treated at all . Plus I had asked them nicely how much it would be to get my Male cat neutered and micro chipped and they wouldn't even answer the question at all . I had even asked if they had a cold storage for my fur baby angel could be at until she was cremated and they TOLD me that they didnt have one at all but that was a LIE . Not VERY IMPRESSED with them at all .!!!!!!!!!! My fur baby angel passed away on Wednesday may 11/22 and they wrote the letter on Thursday may 12/22 right after they disrespected me on the phone .

Very good first time visit with this location.
Just brought my cat, Roman, to visit with Dr. Jane Hogan. She is kind and so knowledgeable with all his care. The diagnosis is always correct and accurate, and the focus is on the animal verses the cost. Dr. Hogan is very gentle and always has the best interest of the animal at heart. I trust her services completely.
