Most of the tellers are not like that but it would be nice if they could incorporate some training for the one who is lacking iin common curtesy. I award and gift family members, friends, and employees with packets of $2 bills and dollar coins but when I ask if I can have or if I can can order these denominations I am told “We don’t do that here.” Johnson bank does that for me and I don’t even have an account with them. Why should I be banking with Southern Lakes if a competitor offers a service that Kenosha Southern Lakes facilities doesn’t? I will be closing out my Southern Lakes account later this year. Great place to get car loans refinanced. Definitely will come back speak with hans larsen or Kathy and they will take great care of you and get you the loan you deserve.

I have been a member for a while and their service keeps getting worse ever time I go. In drive thru I get my money dispersed incorrectly more times than not, how hard is it to put $100 in checking and the balance in cash...no large bills please. The tellers never confirm what they heard, or even say one moment, or ok, or something. The only reason I stay is that they charge to cash a personal check there if you're not a member ($5!) and my mom is a member and regularly writes me checks. I hate Southern Lakes Credit Union! !

SOUTHERN LAKES CREDIT UNION REQUIRES A THUMBPRINT TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT! They wait until the end of the process to inform you, of course. I walked out. Save yourself the time and never walk through their doors.
