great customer service when you go into the credit union and there mobile app is awesome. Nearly impossible to speak to a human over the phone. No operator or option to speak to a person. They rely too heavily on automation.

Super friendly tellers, clerks, and bankers.  Free coffee and snacks a plus as well.  Always happy with my services here.  I don't usually need to go into an actual back anymore, but I go out of my way to visit here when I can.
